Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent; Competency using computer software, such as Microsoft Office; Well-developed interpersonal (influence, persuasion, negotiation, leadership, and communication) skills are required for this position; Excellent writing skills and the ability to respond to short timelines is required; Ability to respond under pressure and work in a complex environment; Ability to understand a mental health environment and the importance of recovery based principles of care.
Preferred Qualifications:Administrative support experience with hospital or healthcare facility construction/management and procurement; Project Management scheduling, theories, principles, practices and processes; An understanding of Alberta Health Services internal policies and processes; Competency in using project management computer software systems and business courses focused on financial management is an asset.
