Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in a health profession. Minimum 5 years clinical experience in perinatal health. Eligible for registration with applicable professional organization. Demonstrated leadership experience. Exceptional communication and networking skills. Knowledge of the complexities of the AHS organization and provincial heath system. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) including the preparation of reports. Ability to effectively present and clarify requirements, expectations, ideas and concepts to various audiences/ stakeholders both internal and external, and both in person and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member. Demonstrated commitment, understanding and passion for quality improvement.
