Required Qualifications:

As required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. One year experience working with a multidisciplinary team, including internal and external stakeholders. One year experience leading and facilitating group programs; ability to build teams and navigate conflict scenarios. English proficiency both verbally and written. One year experience with MS Word document development.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year experience as a volunteer or employment with youths (e.g. camp counsellor, youth day programs, youth leader, etc.). PROSCI or equivalent change leadership credentials. One year experience with project management methodology and change management. Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft programs and electronic medical records programs (ConnectCare). Social media and website development and maintenance. Personal or professional experience with diabetes.
