Bachelor of Nursing required. Combination of experience and education will be considered Preferred: 3-5 years of related experience (hospital flow, clinical, etc) Leadership experience. Connect Care. ESP. Clinibase SCM. OR Manager Tableau. Microsoft Office (word, excel).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the continuum of care and resources available. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to elicit information and gain support through collaboration. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong commitment to quality patient care. Creative problem solving. Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Collecting and analysing data. Quality improvement, LEAN improvement. Working knowledge of clinical software like clinibase, SCM as a few examples. Change Management - experience leading and supporting teams through change.
