A minimum post-secondary degree in Volunteer Resources/Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Management in Human and Social Services or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training may be considered. Supervisory experience is required. Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar leadership role within a volunteer service environment in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is preferred (healthcare experience and an understanding of the concepts of Patient and Family Center Care principles an asset). Personal volunteer experience is required. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. This position requires a vehicle for business use. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work-related travel is required.
