Required Qualifications:

Two year post-secondary diploma, preferably in the Office/Business Administration field. Three to six years progressively more responsible experience required. Preference given to candidates with previous supervisory/management experience P

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities - Creativity and innovation in addressing staffing requirements; resourceful - Strong networking and relationship building abilities - Excellent conflict resolution skills and problem-solving abilities - Strong advocate for team building and common practices - Knowledge of AHS Corporate policies - Familiarity with AUPE GSS collective agreement, departmental policies and procedures
