Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate in Health Care, Business Administration or Communications. Progressive experience in a coordination role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as document management and record-keeping skills. Ability to work with and adapt successfully to shifting priorities, variations in work schedules, locations and/or tasks and respond to changing procedures, technology and/or policies in a positive, appropriate manner. Ability to operate in a complex work environment and be able to maintain composure in challenging situations and use a positive problem solving approach to achieve desired results. Effective team collaboration and engagement skills such as facilitation, active listening, conflict resolution, creativity and problem solving. Strong capacity for adapting to an evolving work place and technology environment, including the drive to taking on new challenges and roles within the responsibilities of position description. Expertise in electronic document management skills with solutions such as SharePoint. Ability to coach and engage senior staff to attend and be engaged in committee work and to participate in the management of documentation libraries for committees within SharePoint. Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area. Five years progressive experience in a senior coordination/administrative role. In-depth understanding of committee and organizational governance decision support with extensive committee coordination experience. Experience in the healthcare industry.
