Candidates must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and be physically able to travel provincially for meetings. Experience and knowledge in the areas of EMS operations, contract management, request for proposals, negotiations, provincial legislation (E.G. EHSA, TSA, ESC), EMS billing, and Patient Quality and Safety programs. Completion and/or enrollment of post-secondary education such as diploma, undergraduate, graduate in business or related health field and professional certifications. A minimum of two-year experience in an out of scope supervisory/management role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Registration in good standing with the Alberta College of Paramedics. 5+ years working in a provincial health system and/or EMS. Business diploma and/or Bachelor of Commerce and/or master's in business administration CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, or CCMA
