Required Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of a post-secondary institution with a minimum of a degree in business administration or completion of a paralegal studies program. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills. The ability to interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard requests. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to employ initiative and self-sufficiency to work in areas of ambiguity. Understanding of contract preparation and interpretation pertaining to physician remuneration and service delivery. Attention to detail and persistence in fulfilling appropriate aspects of contract development and quality improvement. Proven ability to foster partnerships and cooperation within a large organization in order to achieve goals. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access etc.). Proven ability for critical thinking skills to identify delays or issues, conduct appropriate investigations and provide recommendations. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in contract development including: contract risk assessment, researching and developing clinical deliverables, and other key performance indicators.

Preferred Qualifications:

General awareness of Medical Affairs – AHS. Understanding of the University structure specifically the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. Understanding of CMO policy suite and ensure compliance between contractual documents and Physician remuneration policies would be considered an asset.
