Post-secondary degree or Masters degree.
Additional Required Qualifications:Team leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Ability to anticipate internal and external business and stakeholder needs. Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proven experience in team development, collaborative decision making, coaching and mentoring. Demonstrated strategic thinking taking into account long term goals assessing options and implications. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, client focused orientation and commitment to provision of quality services. AIW green belt preferred. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with highly complex internal and external stakeholders. Ability to communicate with AHS leadership, Zone and site / program leads, front-line teams. Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and project perimeters. Expertise in Change Management procedures and practices; preferable training using PROSCI Methodology. Awareness and understanding of the continuum of Addiction and Mental Health Services both locally and provincially. Expertise in MS Office suite. Experience in reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of projects. Expertise in group facilitation.
Preferred Qualifications:Project Management experience required (Project management certification is an asset). A combination of education and experience will be considered. Demonstrated competence with the use of quality tools and processes (e.g.: IHI, AIW, AIM methodologies). 7-10 years work related experience in project management and quality initiative deployment. Healthcare knowledge and experience required
