Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of Low German Mennonite culture and ability to communicate fluently in the Low German language (Plautdietsch). Demonstrated experience working with members of the Low German Mennonite community. Demonstrated experience working in partnership with community groups and agencies. Good communication skills – oral and written. Proven organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of health care system and health promotion/healthy living components. Registered Health Professional preferred.
