Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work. Active or eligible for full registration (not provisional) with College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) or the Alberta College of Social Work (ACSW). A minimum of 5 years' experience in providing mental health assessment and intervention, including restricted activity of psychosocial intervention.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mental Health Therapist in a community setting. Individual and group therapy experience required. Strong communication skills including conflict management and resolution. Clear understanding of the change management process. Current registration with the applicable professional college; authorization from the applicable professional college to in order to perform psychosocial interventions. Current class 5 driver's license, non-violent crisis intervention, CPR-BLS Level C.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong skill set with electronic medical recording (EMR/Connect Care). Maintains professional discipline specific competency through ongoing professional development.
