Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college. 5 years' experience in providing mental health assessment and intervention, including restricted activity of psychosocial intervention.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Addiction and/or Mental Health. Registration with the associated Regulatory College in Alberta as described in the Health Professions Act is required. Must be authorized to both perform and supervise psychosocial interventions.
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or advanced level experience. Experience in capacity building, concurrent disorders and program development. Training in Level I and Level II, as well as experience with Violence Threat Risk Assessments and Interventions. Combined education with appropriate experience may be considered.
