Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical and/or administrative healthcare experience. Experience and skills in group facilitation techniques. Previous experience working on a quality improvement project required. Proficiency with computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team building skills. Ability to research, monitor, and analyze data for use in decision making and recommendations. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Must be able to work in multiple work settings (acute care site, administrative sites, and rural sites). Travel will be required. Displays initiative and the ability to work independently and interdependently. Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. Well-developed critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve. Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships. Demonstrated ability to lead change in a complex environment based on sound principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in clinical field, business, or healthcare administration preferred. AIW and IHI Open School training an asset. Visio experience is an asset.
