Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have obtained APA or be willing to do so within 4 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a hospital acute care and long term care setting is preferred. Previous experience actively managing anticoagulation a benefit.
