Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an Alberta College of Paramedics (ACP) approved program and registered with The Alberta Colleges of Paramedics, and a member in good standing. A Minimum of 5 years in an Emergency service role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Must possess a record of accomplishment as an effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, and client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment. Proved ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within an organization and ideally.
