Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in nursing program . Current registration with CARNA and current CPR (BCLS) is required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of current, recent and relevant nursing experience. Minimum of 1-2 yrs management experience. Computer skills in Microsoft office, epeople, and Connect Care The successful candidate must have a proven record of demonstrating skills in leading teams, developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, and team building; as well as organizational, analytical judgment, change management and decision making skills; effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated clinical expertise is required to make quick decisions in a very busy care setting. Must have the ability to function as a team member
