Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, clinical informatics, research, business, evaluation or healthcare administration or related area. Customer facing experience bridging business, IT, clinical, and clinical support services, across the breadth and depth of a large healthcare organization.


Additional Required Qualifications:

In addition, the ideal candidate should possess the following: Ability to think systematically and critically, create value or business cases, inform and develop strategy, and engage others in same. Knowledge & experience in process redesign, quality improvement. Knowledge of change management principles & tools. Project management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues list, manage project plan, risks and dependencies).


Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical designation is an asset – e.g. Registered Nurse, other regulated health professional. CPHIMS/CPHIMS-CA certification. 5+ years healthcare experience. 3+ years in health informatics or relevant experience.
