A min of 5yr of roles in healthcare, management and/or health informatics. A min 10yr of direct experience working with clerical and clinical roles supporting the delivery of scheduled services, leading organizational change and a strong knowledge of healthcare delivery. A min 10yr in a lab role or with a strong knowledge and intimate understanding of lab settings. Strong knowledge of clinical services, IT, including Epic’s Prelude, Cadence, Referrals, Springboard applications and AHS systems. Extensive knowledge of clinical practice and workflows along with AHS as an organization. Experience working with the Epic Beaker module. Min 10yr of experience in the application of change tools and methodologies with progressive responsibility in leading organizational change for programs or organizations of significant size and complexity, including management and leadership experience (e.g., PROSCI certified, AIW certified). Strong leadership skills as characterized by recent references. Membership in good standing with professional organization. Extensive experience utilizing Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams. Undergrad degree or relevant technical diploma.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proven project management skills (ability to lead, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues list) including meeting project deadlines are essential. Strong communication skills, critical thinking and demonstrated success working in both a virtual team environment as well as independently should be evident. Maintaining positive working relationships in the larger Digital Health team is key to being successful. Ability to actively and positively participate and negotiate solutions to resolve conflicts that arise. Ability to lead other IT and clinical op’s staff through complex discussions and negotiate solutions. Detail oriented and knack for probing for info to fully understand the underlying needs that drive how the system should be built. Ability to work in a team environment to build and maintain relationships with vendor staff and external consultants. Strong time management skills. Must have working knowledge of basic systems principles, theories and concepts and of the healthcare business. Critical thinking and ability to self-motivate while working independently with little supervision. A demonstrated pattern of continuing professional and personal development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Clerical or clinical experience in the ambulatory/OP setting. Although this is considered an office-based job, the profile and expectation of CC work takes significant psychological capacity. It also requires physical stamina given the expected engagement work that may involve travel, meetings at varied times/facilities (early days, evening, nights and weekends for 7.75/12 hours).
