Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, clinical informatics, research, business, evaluation or healthcare administration or related area. Customer facing experience bridging business, IT, clinical, and clinical support services, across the breadth and depth of a large healthcare organization.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to think systematically and critically, create value or business cases, inform and develop strategy, and engage others in same. Knowledge & experience in downtime and reactivation policies. Knowledge & experience with interface and network testing and performance. Experience with authentication mechanisms and data integrity. Knowledge & experience with role based access. Knowledge & experience with security and privacy. Knowledge of change management principles & tools. Project management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues list, manage project plan, risks and dependencies).


Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical designation is an asset (e.g. Registered Nurse, other regulated health professional). CPHIMS/CPHIMS-CA certification. Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience. Minimum 3 years in health informatics or relevant experience. Knowledge Management. Information Technology and Management. Process Improvement and Change Management. Clinical Informatics. eHealth Capacity and Adoption.
