One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year staff scheduling experience using ESP & Automated Shift Callout in health care. Proficiency with computer programs in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts. Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail with high level of accuracy. Must demonstrate an ability to work with minimal supervision & to collaborate with team member and site leaders. Must have ability to adapt and respond to unpredictable workload changes, prioritize assignments, and meet critical deadlines. An excellent attendance record, reliability and personal suitability must be demonstrated through employment references. Current Cover Letter and Resume required.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference will be given to applicants with Covenant Health Intermediate ESP training and timekeeping/payroll experience. Knowledge of the various applicable collective agreements and time reporting codes would be considered an asset.
