Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Child & Youth Care or a related field or equivalent education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

5 years’ experience working with children and families.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills including virtual communication media. Case management experience, screening & assessment training. Group facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting. Intimate knowledge of available community resources and government agencies. Knowledge and experience in working with vulnerable populations, assisting families to navigate and access services. Strong advocacy skills.
