Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field. A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role overseeing acute care delivery functions. A combination of qualifications and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience leading, supporting and assisting in the development of senior operations leaders. Proven expertise in managing complex care delivery systems, in urban and rural environments. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing acute care delivery systems that improve patient care. A track record of building collaborative partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and communities.


Preferred Qualifications:

Public healthcare experience of significant size, diversity, and complexity is preferred.
