Completion of a related Bachelor degree or advanced training/certification in Change Management. Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver “change” presentations to multiple levels within an organization. Group presentation and group facilitation skills required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio and Project required. Availability to travel.
Additional Required Qualifications:Previous experience in a PeopleSoft or other HR Management System. Ability to understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Strong attention to detail focusing on being consistent, thorough and accurate.
Preferred Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or Change Management administration, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies is preferred. ProSci certification and lean certification an asset. Technical writing experience an asset. Knowledge of Collective Agreements.
