Care Manager - Home Care

In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.

Please note that this is a position that will require travelling between McLennan and High Prairie on a regular basis.

Active registration with applicable Alberta Regulated Health Profession. Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in clinical practice required and within the last three (3) in a leadership role. Previous experience in Continuing Care/ Home Care required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred; however, skills and experience relevant to nursing practice will be considered. Equivalences of education and experience may be considered.
