Graduate of a recognized Baccalaureate degree program is required, while candidates with Masters level training and experience in behavioural assessment/intervention are preferred.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have excellent relationship building skills and the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including; ministerial partners, service-providers, families and those receiving care. Having the ability/capacity to lead teams to find creative solutions to complex multi-systemic problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Having knowledge of the range of services needed and available for individuals with complex service needs within the Edmonton Zone, and preferably the Province, is also an asset.
