Bachelor Degree in Health-care field, Business or Administration required; Master in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Clinical specialty preferred. Minimum 2-5 years previous related experience including management at an entry level.
Additional Required Qualifications:Valid driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle for day to day travel. Physically able to perform work related duties.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated decision-making abilities and strong interpersonal skills required. Leadership skills essential with knowledge of change management, conflict resolution frameworks and coaching models as asset. Home visits, attendance at Complex Discharge conferences. Knowledge of regional administration, personal computing systems and budget development would be an asset. Leadership, conflict management and resolution skills. Previous experience in a community health.
