Completion of certificate from an accredited school of Cardiology Technology. Active or eligible registration with the Alberta Society of Registered Cardiology Technologist (ASRCT). Active or eligible registration with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists Cardiology Technology (CSCT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 1 years’ experience within an accredited lab performing Electrocardiograms, Ambulatory Monitoring, and Exercise Stress Testing (Clinical and Nuclear Cardiology) required. Applicants with practical experience in an acute care setting as part of the Cardiology Technology program may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with the following IT systems MUSE, MARS, GEMS, SCM and Millennium Scheduler is preferred.
