Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Qualifications:Experience - 3 to 5 years applying progressive knowledge and experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics with current professional development. Technical skills – proficient with multiple business intelligence tools and methodologies; competent in metadata management and data quality; has advanced SQL programming skills; able to work with complex data models and content; able to accommodate changing business processes and requirements and assess their impact on the data and outcomes; able to create and implement testing and validation plans; supports BI environment upgrades/migrations and resolves issues Analytical skills - able to navigate and analyze data in the data warehouse environment; innovates information solutions using analytical problem-solving and iterative/agile development methods; experience performing business, system, and data analysis including interpreting and improving relational and dimensional data models to support analytics; experience interpreting and influencing business requirements and translating into technical implementations and business visualizations. Communication skills – well-demonstrated oral and written communication skills with proven ability to analyze, estimate, plan, and implement in an interactive team environment; able to write technical and business documentation with text, diagrams, models and workflows; and expertise influencing colleagues and clients towards an information solution.
Preferred Qualifications:Multiple BI tool expertise i.e. MicroStrategy, Tableau, SSRS/SSAS etc, ITIL Foundations Certification, experience with Agile methodology, and knowledge of ETL.
