Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years related experience such as leaning administration, business analysis, project management, change management. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered. Proficient MS Office. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent analytic and decision making abilities. Ability to develop effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Detail oriented with the ability to work in ambiguity and handle multiple priorities. Session Coordinator Training will be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adult Education Certification. Change Management training.
