Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in business analysis or a related discipline (organizational change management, project management, data visualization, etc.). Experience working on infrastructure projects such as O/S upgrades, migration to cloud, hardware deployments, identity and/or cybersecurity programs. Experience in MS365 applications: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required. Good facilitation and written/verbal communication skills. Experience in a variety of stakeholder engagement techniques. Experience on a large-scale program that includes multiple projects in the implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience using Power BI and gathering requirements for an automated solution is preferred. Experience using Power Automate and Power Platform is an asset. Solid understanding of organizational change management principles (people-side of change).
