Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, IT, health care).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in business analysis or a related discipline (organizational change management, project management, benefits realization, etc.) Competency in all core aspects and techniques of business analysis is required. Experience with CA PPM portfolio project management application or equivalent. Good facilitation and written/verbal communication skills; experience in a variety of stakeholder engagement techniques including both one-on-one and group facilitation. Solid requirements documentation skills, with proven ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, distinguish stated requirements from underlying true business needs, and convey requirements information effectively to stakeholders and implementation teams. Understanding of business process design, modeling and visualization, as well as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards. Experience in problem solving, negotiation, concerns/conflict resolution and investigation. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, planning and monitoring of one’s own workload. Able to work in an organization with both direct and dotted-line reporting and peer relationships. Commitment to learning as a continuous process and ability to handle and respond to constructive feedback. Proficiency in applications such as MS-Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Project, SharePoint).
