Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven equivalent knowledge will be considered. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in business analysis, technical analysis or a related discipline (organizational change management, benefits realization, etc.). Ability to meet the physical demands of the job; walking around and carrying a laptop, clipboard and documents for the majority of a shift, working in a hospital environment, collect information in awkward locations (e.g. under desks). Experience documenting complex requirements with proven ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, distinguish stated requirements from underlying true business needs, and convey requirements information effectively to stakeholders and partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in health care and/or IT technology teams. Experience in using common applications such as MS-Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Project, SharePoint).
