Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Previous experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role. Working knowledge of business analysis principles, tools and methodologies including requirements elicitation and management; solution analysis, design, and validation; workflow mapping; documentation; data analysis and reporting. Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio and SharePoint. Knowledge of Connect Care role-based training and access, MyLearning Link technical and administrative processes. Understanding of the key industry issues; using this knowledge in own work. Experience in onboarding, orienting, and training new staff on standardized operating procedures. Conceptual knowledge in own discipline and strive to enhance competency in same. Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to work with minimal direction. Demonstrated ability to work well within a team. Ability to sit/stand for extended periods. Ability to tolerate extended computer time. Ability to lift or carry up to 15 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:3-5 years related experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role. Working knowledge of Service Now. Experience with Tableau. Basic knowledge of REDCap . Certification in Epic Data Courier. Experience working in adult and workplace learning systems.
