Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Previous experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role. Basic knowledge of AHS project management tools and templates. Experience with or working knowledge of Connect Care. Working knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies. Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel and Visio. Basic knowledge of MS Project.
Preferred Qualifications:3-5 years related experience preferred (e.g., organizational change management, project management, benefits realization, clinical and non-clinical workflows etc.). Experience with MS Excel, Visio, SharePoint & Tableau preferred. Proven ability to work with minimal direction. Demonstrated ability to work well within a team.
