Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of solid understanding, and proven ability in the following areas: Strong communication skills, working with all levels of stakeholders within an organization, including senior executives, project teams, corporate and technical staff. Strong critical thinking skills, coupled with the ability to be adaptable and flexible. Interpretation and documentation of requirements, processes, process mapping, process improvements, gap analysis, and other skills outlined in the BABOK. Development and analysis of reports for various stakeholders, and firm understanding of report compilation, data quality, and identification/articulation of discrepancies. Improvement of data capture and information flow. Acting as a subject matter expert, and contributing to solutions, strategies, and workflows, based on best practices and client needs. Ability to distill large amounts of information from disparate sources. Ability to ratify and get consensus across large, differing groups of stakeholders. Familiarity with Project Management concepts, and project/program lifecycles. Ability to work independently, under tight timelines. Assisting with program administration, as required.
