Bachelor’s degree (accounting or business administration, healthcare or research). Experience in budgets and/or contracts negotiation in a research or academic environment is essential.
Additional Required Qualifications:A team player with strong attention to detail, superior organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects and work independently in a fast-paced setting to meet tight timelines, advanced communication skills, and system competencies in Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical trials or 3 years of relevant experience in a research/healthcare setting. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Ability to manage finances in a changing and multifaceted environment with diverse and complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience or familiarity with contracts and/or budget development in a clinical trials/research/grant funding environment is a major asset. Knowledge of medical tests and procedures. Experience working with pharmaceutical sponsor, clinical research organization or in an academic oncology medical centre.
