Current registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA), and CPR (BCLS - HCP). A minimum of five years of tertiary hospital based nursing experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Must be able to tolerate long periods of sitting and be able to walk long distances and quickly navigate throughout the entire hospital. Experience using computer applications such as Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), EDIS, TANDEM, Netcare. Experience with prior leadership roles, such as a charge nurse or team lead.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience at the UAH or Mazankowski preferred. Emergency Department experience considered an asset. Must be able to work independently and within a team environment. Must be able to cope with high levels of stress.
