Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency including with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, Publisher, working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Professional features. Efficient typing skills along with attention to detail, excellent communication and writing skills required High degree of customer service, decision making, strong Interpersonal skills, critical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities required. Ability to multi-task and prioritize with well-developed time management skills. Must be able to exercise judgment, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion. Ability to work collaboratively with junior and senior team members and establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Self-directed in their approach to taking on additional tasks as required to benefit the effective operation of the Total Rewards department. Work independently within minimal supervision.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Completion of a secretarial/business program from a recognized post-secondary institute is preferred. Five years' experience with progressively increased responsibility in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity required; healthcare experience is an asset.
