Considerable experience and comfort with Microsoft Office suite (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel) A minimum of 5 years’ related experience in an administrative role, preferably with a high level of independence and accountability A combination of experience, education and training will be considered High degree of professionalism, accuracy, diplomacy, judgment and discretion Significant initiative and the ability to drive projects forward with little oversight Superior time management and organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to build positive working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to identify problems, resolve issues where possible, or refer to the appropriate team member
