Bachelor's degree in a health related field in conjunction with a minimum of two years' direct related experience or master's degree in a health related field. Experience in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting multiple measures data set. Experience in Mental Health performance indicator development. Experience in designing and conducting evaluation research.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency with Connect Care, including its general structure, common workflows, and available data elements. Previous experience creating in-system reports in Connect Care. Previous experience providing analytic/reporting support for the purpose of delivering health care. Intermediate experience working with data sets, analyzing data, summarizing data, etc. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to be a productive member of a multidisciplinary team and work independently when required. Highly motivated and proven ability to show an exceptional level of initiative, and attention to detail. Ability to organize and facilitate both small and large meetings with a variety of stakeholders, and to achieve pre-determined meeting objectives. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers. The successful applicant must be solution focused and have a proven ability of solving complex and dynamic problems using critical thinking skills. Must possess exceptional communication skills (presentation, verbal and written). Must be a team player, working closely and collaboratively with DST CI colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of AMH service delivery, business processes, and basic reporting needs. Experience with teaching/training adult learners. Experience with negotiation and conflict resolution for the purpose of balancing diverse, and occasionally conflicting, interests. Previous experience accessing, working with, and reporting on back-end data from Connect Care (e.g. via Caboodle, Clarity and/or Snowflake). Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL, SPSS and Tableau.
