Required Qualifications:

The minimum educational requirement is a Baccalaureate degree in a data or health-related field with additional clinical experience. Candidates should be able to review a patient’s health record and understand if surveillance definitions for infections have been met, therefore must understand anatomy and symptom presentation. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized and motivated to achieve their goals. Work experience and training in a health-related field is an asset. The analyst will be placed at the Foothills Medical Center campus and must work on site due to system privacy requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important, especially the ability to communicate well with colleagues across the IPC program. Must be able to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
