Completion of post secondary education in a related field and three (3) to six (6) years of job-related work experience working in Indigenous community outreach, response/disaster

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in community development. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate and influence multiple partners to create actions to respond to disasters and emergencies. Demonstrated capacity to communicate verbally and in written fashion, develop and train staff and volunteers, and work in complex problem solving.
