Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. diploma in business or office administration, specialized external certification).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Current experience related to Pediatric Operative Services environment and its information management systems required as well as Pediatric Surgical Wait and OR Capacity Analysis required. Experience with databases, reporting tools, spreadsheets and word processing required. Medical terminology required. 2 Years’ experience working with Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, PICIS and Tandem required. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft computer programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher and Visio required. Proven analytical skills required. Strong organizational skills and be able to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Must possess excellent collaboration, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a multidisciplinary setting and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Proven reliability and dependability.
