Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. diploma in business or office administration, specialized external certification).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; or 2 years of post-secondary education plus 10 years of experience in a complex administration role (preference given to candidates with a bachelor's degree). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. At least 3-5 years of previous experience in program administration, preferably in a healthcare or academic setting. Previous experience in project and change management. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with diverse teams. Demonstrated a record of excellent attendance. Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to professional development. Comfortable working in an unstructured environment and dealing with change and uncertainty.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with University of Calgary and PGME is an asset.
