Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. diploma in business or office administration, specialized external certification).
Additional Required Qualifications:Exceptional oral and written communication, listening, interpersonal skills and ability to successfully interact with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, along with demonstrated competence in time management, strong planning and organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and an aptitude for problem solving, along with proven accuracy and attention to detail, creativity and resourcefulness. Experience in Medical Residency Program administration or related experience in a highly responsible administrative coordination role, preferably in an academic or clinical environment will be an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:Undergraduate degree preferred. Advanced training in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 (to include Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Calendar), Evaluation & Assessment software, D2L/Brightspace, PGME, New Program Administrator Orientation, CaRMS, Plank, Adobe Acrobat application software, Qualtrics and other similar web-based survey software will be an asset.
