Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education required (e.g. courses related to Business Management or Health Care diploma/certificate) or an equivalent combination of education and progressive work experience. 3 years’ experience working with Payroll, e-People, and RMS. 3 years of office/clerical experience which includes supervisory capacity Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a high stress, highly demanding, and multi-tasking work environment. Demonstrates an extremely high degree of customer service, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking. Competence in programs such as e-people / RMS / MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK).
