Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:High School Diploma required. 1 - 3 years staff scheduling experience with proficient use of the ESP application required. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Ability to work independently with minimal direction and within the team is a requirement. Strong sense of customer service and attention to detail is essential. Proficient use of ESP is necessary. A working knowledge of the various applicable collective agreements and pay codes is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication in the business context is necessary, including professional telephone edict. Timekeeping experience in ESP and e-people is preferred.
