Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience with ESP. Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:Awareness of AUPE AUX, AUPE GSS and UNA Collective Agreement scheduling provisions. Experience with Rotation Management, RMS, ESP Scheduler Assistant, Payroll training, Database management. Experience in an AHS Workforce ESP Staffing Services Office. Demonstrated proficiency in Time Card Auditing (TAD), Short Call/Automated Shift Callout (ASC) and Advance Booking (AB). Successful completion of Calgary PSS STL training. Administrative experience in a health care environment.
