Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Certificate in Office or Business Administration. 5-10 years of progressive secretarial and administrative support experience. Recent experience supporting a leadership team. Recent experience working in a high paced critical care environment. Advanced computer skills including: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat (reader and writer platforms), Snagit, Epeople, ESP, Web design, Lync. Accurate Keyboarding skills of 70 wpm. Strong understanding of organization ordering processes (Oracle, DATA, Grand and Toy, IProcurement). Experience supporting financial responsibilities including monitoring cost centers expenditures, and AHS processes including payment requisitions, travel approval processes, and expense reimbursements etc. (IExpense). Ability to prepare spreadsheets, organizational charts, flow charts, PowerPoint presentations, graphs. Ability to compile information and submit well-constructed reports and correspondence. Skilled in the recording of minutes and summarizing data for distribution. Self-directed and able to work with minimal direction. Demonstrated consistent attention to detail. Ability to problem-solve independently, anticipate needs and take initiative. Ability to work under pressure and handle competing and frequently changing priorities, working within deadlines. Demonstrated time management and high organization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Medical Terminology an asset.
